Under the Dealer Service Model, your authorized Roland DGA dealer serves as your primary point of contact for technical support and service. Roland DGA provides technical assistance and warranty support to the dealer as needed. In most cases, this dealer is the company from which you purchased your device.

Customers who want Roland DGA to provide direct technical support, warranty administration, and service should select Roland DGA Care Direct. Direct Roland DGA support and service are not included with the standard warranty or an extended warranty alone. Roland DGA Care Direct provides direct access to Roland DGA technical support, warranty administration, and onsite service throughout the coverage period. Only available in the continental USA.

Coverage Notes

Coverage applies to manufacturer defects only.
Preventative maintenance is not included.
Travel expenses are not covered and may be charged separately based on location and service requirements.
Consumables and wear items are excluded from coverage.
Only Roland DG ink can be used.
Coverage may be extended annually for up to five years from the original installation date.
