Return Policy
Items must be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt unless advertised as a “final sale” product (i.e., non-returnable, clearance, etc.). Returns must be in a new, unused, re-sellable condition and include the original product packaging. Digital items such as software as non-returnable and non-refundable for any reason. Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee.
To return products, please contact our Customer Service Department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping the product. Please make sure the RMA number is referenced on the return shipping label. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items unless otherwise specified. We recommended that the Buyer fully insures the return shipment against loss or damage.
Roland DGA will refund the purchase price, minus original shipping and handling costs and any restocking charges. Refunds get processed within ten (10) business days after Roland DGA’s receipt of the returned product and inspection. Buyers’ refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please note the damage with the shipping carrier and take pictures of the damaged goods and packaging. Please note whether the packaging is damaged or not. E-mail the images to csinfo@rolanddga.com to request a refund/replacement.
