Extend your DE-3 warranty with a Roland DGA Service Contract. Only those currently within a valid warranty timeframe are eligible to extend this service. The service includes parts, labor, and travel for covered repairs.
NOTE: Repair and maintenance made necessary by the use of any ink that is not expressly certified and approved by Roland DGA Corporation is not covered by the Roland Standard Warranty or the Extended Service Contract. Other items not covered under this program include cap tops, sponges, filters, wiper scraper, cutting protection strips, pinch rollers, blades (sheet cut and standard), blade holder, ink, cleaning solutions and media.
If you want to purchase a service contract but don’t see your device’s serial number in the dropdown, please follow these steps. Register and add your device to your DG Connect account. Once your device is registered on DG Connect, you will get the ability to extend your warranty based on your serial number and model.
