Other items not covered under this program include cap tops, sponges, filters, wiper scraper, cutting protection strips, pinch rollers, blades (sheet cut and standard), blade holder, ink, cleaning solutions and media.
If you want to purchase a service contract but don’t see your device’s serial number in the dropdown, please follow these steps. Register and add your device to your DG Connect account. Once your device is registered on DG Connect, you will get the ability to extend your warranty based on your serial number and model. Extended Service Contracts are available for up to five years from original install date.
