Upgrade to the Deluxe Package and receive two care packs per year designed to keep your device printing like it is brand new. We suggest using care packs every 6 months. Every care pack includes a cap top, wiper, felt, wipe pad, cleaning kit, and cutter pad. If purchased separately, this is over a $340 value per year, included with the Deluxe Packages.

NOTE: Repair and maintenance made necessary by the use of any ink that is not expressly certified and approved by Roland DGA Corporation is not covered by the Roland Standard Warranty or the Extended Service Contract. Other items not covered under this program include cap tops, sponges, filters, wiper scraper, cutting protection strips, pinch rollers, blades (sheet cut and standard), blade holder, ink, cleaning solutions and media.
If you want to purchase a service contract but don’t see your device’s serial number in the dropdown, please follow these steps. Register and add your device to your DG Connect account. Once your device is registered on DG Connect, you will get the ability to extend your warranty based on your serial number and model. Extended Service Contracts are available for up to five years from original install date.
