Extend your BY-20 warranty with a Roland DGA Service Contract. At the time of initial ordering, customers have the ability to build their own bundle. Your bundle includes 1 year of coverage by default. Add an extra year for 2 years of protection, or customize your bundle with additional accessories.Only those currently within a valid warranty timeframe are eligible to extend this service. The service includes parts, labor, and travel for covered repairs.

Upgrade to include the BY-20 care packs and receive care packs designed to keep your device printing like it is brand new. We suggest using care packs every 6 months. Max order is 4 care packs per warranty. Every care pack includes a cap top, wiper, felt, wipe pad, cleaning kit, and cutter pad. If purchased separately, this is over a $165 value per care pack.

Also available as an add-on, we’re offering the DG Connect Bundle — a $300 value per year. The DG Connect BY bundle includes the following add-ons starting after purchase, to get the most out of your device for 1 or 2 years.

NOTE: Repair and maintenance made necessary by the use of any ink that is not expressly certified and approved by Roland DGA Corporation is not covered by the Roland Standard Warranty or the Extended Service Contract. Other items not covered under this program include cap tops, sponges, filters, wiper scraper, cutting protection strips, pinch rollers, blades (sheet cut and standard), blade holder, ink, cleaning solutions and media. This device can be extended to three years of warranty.

If you want to purchase a service contract but don’t see your device’s serial number in the dropdown, please follow these steps. Register and add your device to your DG Connect account. Once your device is registered on DG Connect, you will get the ability to extend your warranty based on your serial number and model. Extended Service Contracts are available for up to five years from original install date.
